Heavy Copper PCB

The Heavy Copper PCB is manufactured by two main processes plating and etching in the combine. We can also call it  Power Supply PCB.
The Heavy Copper PCB is uniformly pressed with FR4 or other epoxy-based material.
The heavy copper weight could be around 3-20oz/ft2, the above 20oz  can be considered as extrem copper.

Benefits Of Heavy Copper PCB Circuits

(1)It can carry more current.
(2) It can reducing thermal strain, as copper foil has a small conductivity coefficient, through the case of large current temperature rise is small, so can reduce calorific value and thereby reduce thermal strain
(3)It has good heat dissipation performance.
(4)It avoids all of potential circuits failure.

Application Of Thick Copper PCB Circuits

Thick Copper PCB Circuits is widely used in various fileds. For example:
mobile phone , microwave, aerospace , satellite communication,  network base station,  hybrid integrated circuit,  power supply, high-power circuits and other high-tech fields. In  automotive, military and mechanical control, interest in the overwhelming copper circuits is growing. A large number of copper printed circuit boards are also used.
1. Automotive industry.
2. Solar board producers.
3. Industrial PCB.
4. Mechanical control.
5. Surge protectors.
6. Nuclear power applications.
7. Power grid switching systems.
8. Position control systems.
